Description
We have been made-over by the screen, relying upon digital software in order to be seen. Deconstructed, edited, and viewed, our faces and its parts can now host digital media. Digital Facials is a one-week introductory workshop in Spark AR that concludes in an live exhibition on Instagram.

Experiments: I use found objects around me, my home, and my cultural perspective to construct several physical “face filters”. - I cut out some pieces of newspaper and explored how my facial features can fit in the scene.

It’s an intriguing point to explore the scale of our facial features. Here I made a motional collage of Salvador Dalí’s drawings.
